Field Services Technicians
Entry-level, Mid-level, and Senior Lead Technicians

We are currently seeking to fill several Field Services Technician positions. The position locations we are seeking to fill are to be in the following locations: Wyoming, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana and Montana.

The individual(s) hired will primarily design, implement and perform maintenance work on wired and wireless networking infrastructure, Central Office and/or Point-of-Presence build-outs. The persons hired for this position must be customer focused, capable of working in a team environment, communicate effectively and able to solve problems on the fly.

Work Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 18 months experience in technical field operations or equivalent technical experience and have an understanding of basic routing protocols.
• Preferred experience as lead technician with advanced troubleshooting and knowledge of maintenance routines and design work. 
• Experience with Wireless Wide Area Networking (WWAN) or Wireless Local Area Networking (WLAN), and general RF knowledge is a plus.

Education:

• Must have a minimum AA in technical field or equivalent experience, low voltage certification or ability to procure this certification, CCNA or CCNP, MCP or MCSE.
• Understanding of wireless technologies.
• Tower climber certified or ability to procure this certification.

Other:

• This position requires some out of town traveling not exceeding 50-70%.
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs of equipment is necessary
• Willingness to work up to 10 hours of overtime per week and be on call as required.

Training will be provided as necessary. The entry- level position pays $28,000 to $32,000. The mid-level position pays $35,000 to $45,000.  The senior lead technician position pays $55,000 to $60,000 per year dependant on experience. Package also includes medical/dental benefits, 401k, bonus eligibility, and expense reimbursement.
